I decided to spruce up my original version after seeing the Order of the Phoenix movie. Evanna Lynch is the perfect Luna, in my opinion. So I tried to do some changes to my book version for our Harry Potter Photoshoot at AnimeCentral 2007.

I bought a new sweater from WizardUniforms.com that is a darker grey and matches the blue trim to my PoA tie perfectly. It's also a thinner knit, which works better for hot Chicago summers.

I also used a wig from my Chii costumes because it is more like Evanna's hair in the movie. It actually worked really well. For the day, I used a silly polka dot headband that I thought was kinda Luna-esque. And a GREAT pair of multi-colored sparkley knee highs that I could see Luna working. I also had a new wand, a Hermione wand from the Noble Collection that a friend gifted to me. Not a lot of changes, but enought to make a difference. I like this version much more and so I retired version 1 and this is now my Luna of choice.

I also wore this at the midnight premiere of the Order of the Phoenix Movie at Hollywood Blvd in Woodridge, IL. There weren't many people in costume though :(
